Front Desk Coordinator All About Locs SalonFlexible Hours (Full-Time or Part-Time) | Hourly | Loc Maintenance SalonAbout UsAll About Locs Salon is a team of 5 built around one thing: giving every guest a loc routine that's actually personalized to them, backed by real education, not guesswork. Walk through our doors and you'll feel it immediately: welcoming, safe, a little luxurious, and genuinely kind. That's not a tagline. That's Tuesday. The front desk is the first impression of all of that. We need someone who can carry that same energy the second a guest walks in or calls. What You'll DoGreet every guest and make them feel welcomed the moment they arriveManage the booking system scheduling, confirmations, rebooking guests before they leaveAnswer phones and messages promptly, with the same warmth we give in personHandle checkout, retail sales, and payment processingKeep the front of house organized, stocked, and guest-readySupport the stylist team relay guest needs, manage timing, help the day run smoothlyBe the calm, kind voice when a guest has a question, a concern, or needs to be rescheduledWhat You NeedPrior front desk or salon experience is a plus, but not required we'll train the right personComfortable with scheduling software and basic computer tasks (or a fast learner)Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writingA coachable attitude. You'll hear "how can I" more than "I can't" around here, and we need that from you tooWhat We're NOT Looking ForReal talk: this isn't the role for someone who already "knows it all," wants to do things their own way, or isn't a team player. If you're coachable, humble, and want to grow, keep reading.CompensationHourly payFlexible scheduling full-time or part-time availableOur Culture, In PracticeWe are all in this together. No lone wolves the front desk and the chairs are one team.We welcome feedback, even when it's uncomfortable. You'll be coached, and we expect you to coach back.We choose what's right over what's easy. Every time.Kind feedback, patient hearts. Everyone's fighting their own battle we treat each other (and our guests) accordingly.Own it, fix it, reset. When something goes wrong, the answer is never "I can't." It's "how can I."Who Thrives HereSomeone kind, patient, and respectful with every guest who walks in or calls. Someone who shows up ready to serve not just guests, but the whole team behind them. Someone who, when something goes sideways (a double-booking, an upset client, a scheduling mix-up), leans in to fix it instead of making excuses. Positive, upbeat energy that sets the tone for the whole salon. If that's you, we want to talk.
