Impact Recruitment is seeking a motivated and driven Survey Manager - Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our client's team in Houston, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate land surveys and investigations
• Prepare Topographic Maps, Boundary Adjustments, Subdivision Maps, Records of Survey, and Legal Descriptions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including boundary calculations and legal ownership requirements
• Oversee project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Serve as an advisor to engineering teams regarding projects, tasks, and operational needs
• Apply standard land surveying concepts, practices, and procedures with professional judgment
• Perform complex boundary and topographic surveying and mapping tasks
• Lead, direct, and mentor field survey crews and survey technicians
• Demonstrate creativity and independent judgment in problem-solving

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Strong client-service orientation
• Self-starter with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills

Education & Licensure:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Texas Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license required
