Managing full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of senior living communities, the fully remote Property Accountant will ensure accurate financial reporting, support community leadership with timely insights, and maintain the integrity of financial data across month-end, billing, accounts payable, and budgeting processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports Manage full month-end close, including accruals, reclasses, journal entries, and reconciliations Review resident billing, rent rolls, census, and revenue for accuracy Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 3-5+ years of property accounting experience; senior living preferred Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly close experience Advanced Excel skills; experience with Yardi, PCC, QuickBooks, or similar software preferred Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
