The Property Accountant's primary responsibilities include managing month-end close processes and preparing financial statements. This involves preparing and posting journal entries, analyzing balance sheet accounts, reviewing construction P&L accounts, and initiating all wire transfers for their region. Additional duties include reviewing the property management financial statement package, overseeing cash management, and preparing monthly draw requests.
