Providing specialized support to TechSoup's NGOsource program, the full-time temporary Legal Administrator will manage document analysis, quality assurance, and client communication to ensure compliance with international philanthropy regulations and equivalency determination requirements in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct document analysis and quality control for equivalency determinations by reviewing NGO submission materials and legal documents for completeness and accuracy Identify discrepancies and compliance gaps in submitted documentation, developing corrective action plans as needed Track communication with international NGOs and grantmaker members to request necessary corrections or additional documentation Required qualifications 3-5 years of paralegal administrative experience in a law firm, nonprofit organization, or corporate legal department Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written communication skills, especially in professional correspondence Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
