The role
We are looking for an ambitious Entry-Level Client Account Specialist to join our growing team. You do not need previous insurance experience. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. We will provide the training, coaching and support you need to develop into a confident sales professional.
You will help individuals and families understand their health insurance options, while developing valuable sales, communication and business skills.
For the right person, this is much more than another sales job. It is an opportunity to build a career with clear routes into mentoring, team leadership, management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
You will learn how to:
· Speak with prospective clients about their health coverage needs.
· Understand budgets, priorities and individual circumstances.
· Explain available health insurance options clearly.
· Guide clients through the decision and enrolment process.
· Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
· Build lasting client relationships.
· Develop strong sales, communication and business-building skills.
· Work alongside experienced agents and team leaders.
