Olgoonik is a construction firm specializing in facilities construction, operations, maintenance, and repair. Olgoonik seeks a qualified Construction Manager to support multi-year construction projects at multiple locations. Overview: The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall execution of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, approved designs, schedule, budget, safety standards, and quality control procedures. This position interfaces directly with U.S. Federal Government clients and oversees field operations, subcontractors, and site personnel.Primary Responsibilities:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to occasionally stand; walk; sit; use hands and/or fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; operate office equipment, reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Work Environment: General office environment. Travel may be required based on business demands.
